98 business agents out of all of Ofakim agents are trained to care for business clients, are knowledgeable in the relevant work technologies and work procedures, and are in constant and personal contact with the clients. The agents know the profile of the company under their care and make sure to order travel services according to the company's preferences.
The activity with the business customers is managed by the Ofakim business division, which mainly consists of the Tel Aviv branch and the FCM branch that provide services to the global clients.
The head of the business division is the manager of the Tel Aviv branch. Key Account Managers support him, whose job it is to produce the activity reports for the customers, analyze the data, examine changes in travel destinations and propose improvements to the clients' agreements with the airlines and other suppliers. The accounts' managers take care of sending periodic reports to each client according to the frequency determined by the client, and ensure proper work and a high level of service of the handling agents.
All agents handling business clients undergo professional training at least twice a year to become proficient in the new technological tools, learn additional systems and discuss the needs of the business customers in order to improve the service and contribute to increasing the value for the client.
